[Chrysler300] 300H Parking Brake Cable

Hi Group,
Can someone tell me where my parking brake cable should be routed on my 300H? 
 Should it be over the top of the frame rail and torsion bar or under them??? 
 When I took the parking brake drum off, all the pieces fell out into the 
drip pan. Apparently the shoe return spring came out of its holes and caused all 
this mess.
