  News article from "TIMES" newspaper of DaimlerChrysler, June 11, 2004.
"The number of work hours needed to assemble a Chrysler Group vehicle
dropped 7.8 percent to 37.42 hours in 2003".
  "The Chrysler Group has been last among the major automakers in
productivity for the last several years. Last year's 7.8 percent gain was on
top of an 8.3 percent gain in 2002 and 2.7 percent gain in 2001".
  This paper was handed out to attendees at the 50th celebration of the
Chrysler Proving Grounds in Chelsea, Michigan on Saturday, June 19, 2004. Of
course my 1963 300 J was there which created much interest as it was the
only cross ram 300 displayed.
