I am a new member and am saving to buy a "Hurst." It will be driven regularly. What is a realistic price range? I was told, by Mr. Hertog, to buy the very best one I could locate as their value is relatively low and not worth buying a fixer-upper. I think this is very good advice. Yet, how can a model that was only around for one year and had low production numbers have a low value? What should I look for and what should I stay away from? Any advice, information, comments, and opinions would be most appreciated. You can contact me off list. Will anyone, who owns a "Hurst" and lives in Michigan, be attending the "Gratiot Cruise" this weekend or "Dream Cruise" later this summer? I would like to see one up close and personal instead of in a magazine or picture. Thank you for your time.
