[Chrysler300] 392 "ealy hemi" parts

Hi,
While browsing on ebay i found some stuff for the owners of "early hemi" 
(331-354-392). I found these items sold by "hirpmauctions"  (it's the 
ebay pseudo). Someone knows this seller ?

I'm also interesting in the "oil filter adapter" (90° relocation + 
easy-to-find filters ..). But the seller tells " It must be used with a 
special bypass valve (I sell them too) to force all oil through the filter"
Correct ? Itsn't for "street performances" ..
