Right on . The Jeep Cherokee is built as a Jeep Liberty in Toledo and shipped to Europe with a Cherokee badge instead of a Liberty. 
The Diesel version, which is also built in Toledo will be available this Fall in North America. 

The Hemi Wagon with a Dodge name is available NOW at most Dodge dealers. Check it out to see if you like it. Then you will know if its worth the trouble of reimporting a HemiC wagon from Europe. 
Hell, the way they throw badges around all you have to do is buy a Dodge, order a set of HemiC nameplates and a Chrysler grille and it will be a lot less money & paperwork. (Of course the numbers won't match, but you'll have the look and the feel.
What I don't understand is, if you have a stable full of polluted stuff like BMW's and Corvettes amongst the Chrysler treasures, why can't you tolerate the Dodge Magnum Hemi RT, a true American automobile that will probably beat the pants off your Vets?
