[Chrysler300] 1962 Fender tag decoding question

Hello to all the numbers gurus out there. I have not been able to find any 
online info on my 62 Newport fender tag. Is this the same codes and options that 
are on the 300s? I have numbers under the letters as follows: the number 12 
under the G & H. The number 1 under the Q. The number 11 under the T & V, and 
the number 2 under the Z. 
Also the trim code is 303 and the paint code is TT1. If anyone can help me, 
or steer me to a person who can, I would appreciate it very much. Thanks, Greg
