[Chrysler300] J & K Solid Cam - Repro Regrind or Replace ?

Hi All,
getting ready to freshen up the 413 in my K project and was
wondering what others have done to replace the solid lifter cam in the short ram
engine. Although this one's got only about 100,000 miles I'm sure it will show
evidence of wear. I know I could probably mark all the lifters and reuse it
but I'd like an alternative.

I've heard of regrinding cams but am unsure how this works since
it would seem to remove some of the "lift" if the lobes are machined at all.
I've also thought about picking an off-the-shelf late model hydraulic
profile.

What about a custom grind to duplicate the original? Can I
simply send the valve timing specs from the factory service manual and have a
hydraulic cam made with the same results as the original solid lifter piece?

As always, suggestions , stories and recommendations are
welcome.
Thanks
Mike Laiserin
