[Chrysler300] best cleaner/polish for old Halibrand magnesium wheels on my ram K conv.

Hi gang,
     Can I benefit from your knowledgeable experience on what cleaner/polish
I should use for best results on the old Halibrand magnesium wheels on my
ram K conv.?
I had them glass bead blasted  when I found them last year , but they are
spotted now.  I know they will never shine like aluminum, but there must be
something to give them a temporary even dull finish!   Any suggestions will
be greatly appreciated as I`m hoping to take the ol` boy on the Hot Rod
Power Tour in June........... Ft Worth to Green Bay & keep the` 300 `moniker
in the limelight!   Also what is the best cleaner for the Coker wide
whitewalls?
