[Chrysler300] Hurst Parts ?

Thanks for the part #'s for the radiator hoses (upper/lower) for my Hurst. 
Unfortunately, I cannot locate any dealer or business that still stocks them. 
The part #'s have changed over the last 34 years. Any ideas or leads? Thanks, 
RGG   I would really like some OEM parts with the Chrysler logo on them if 
possible.
