Johnnie,

The New Yorker and 300 roof designs were completely different at the rear. The 300 used the same "convertible" look roof with a slanted back window, and the NYer used the very formal roofline with an upright rear window and large sail panels (C pillars). The side rear windows are different and the mouldings would also have to be different.

Can someone tell me if the inside rear window mouldings from a 65 New
Yorker are the same as a 65 300?Thanks Johnnie Slayton

Jeff:

I just looked on the website for Auto Color Library:
www.autocolorlibrary.com

When you select Chrysler, 1962, it sends you to:
http://autocolorlibrary.com/cgi-bin/search/searchpic.pl?1962-chrysler-pg01.jpg

and they list a Ditzler number 8293 for an "Oyster White" for 1962 Chryslers and Imperials.

You really should bookmark that site as it goes back to the 1920's for just about any auto you can think of. A great resource. I first heard about it from Wayne Graefen on this listserver.

Hi everyone,
You need to ask Mike Meyer for the color. I mean his is correct.
