I'm looking for the outside glass weatherstripping on a 4 door model. This
is a 1 inch high rubber profile with some felt coating on it. On top there
is a metal rail facing the door side and acts as a strenghtener. The
profile screws on the outer upper doorlip along the windows. Does anyone
know a source to get these strippings in lenght or off the roll. Thanks .

While these headers look interesting, my feeling is that the primary tube
diameter is too large to optimize performance of our 413's, unless you
have
a larger than stock cam and high flow aftermarket heads. I think 1 3/4"
tubes would be about right for our cars. Let's hope TTI makes them
available
in that size. Until then, I'm sticking with my HP manifolds.

Hi to all,
Reading this month's Mopar Muscle (Jan '04 issue) - page 90 "New Products"
I
see mentionned that:
"the new addition to the TTI exhaust line for the C-body ('65 to '73)
are
these 383 and 440 1 7/8" headers and 2 1/2" or 3" exhaust with Dynomax
mufflers . They are designed to fit stock cast-iron cylinder heads or
Edelbrock aluminium heads, and the exhaust systems are available for
wagons
and passenger cars".

Hello fellow club members. I'm new to the club, but not to Chrysler. I
was lucky enough to be sponsored by Mopar while racing max wedges in the
60s.
I am in need of 2 "sets" of seat belts for the 62 or 63 Chrysler
bucket-seat cars (Chrysler 300, Plymouth Sport fury, Dodge Polara 500) (1
set = male insert with belt and anchor end and female buckle with belt and
anchor end). The belt material has a fine 4-weave pattern (as opposed to
being uniformly course) and can be black or tan. Each anchor end consists
of 2 flat pieces of metal with a "J" hook on one end and a rectangular
slot for the belt in the other end. The two flat pieces are held together
by a small machine screw and lock nut. I need 8 of the flat plates with
"J" hooks.
The "J" hooks pass through an "eye" bolt which passes through a large,
flat washer, then through a hole in the floor, where it screws into a
plate with a nut welded onto it. I need 4 eye bolts, 4 large washers, and
four plates with nuts.
Last, but certainly not least, I need the black vinyl "boots" or sleeves
that cover the 2 plates and anchor bolt for each belt segment. Each boot
is about 7 inches long, flat for most of its length and then flares out to
form a round base with 2 "ears" for the metal plates. I need 4 of these -
1 for each belt segment.

Hi Mike, I know where you can purchase new after market belts with the "J"
hooks. I have a set in my 300H. They are almost equal to originals. I have
no idea where you can find the anchor assemblies. If you are interested,
let
me know and I will look up the source tonight. Doug Warrener

In case anybody's interested, there's an ad in the Orlando paper that
says,
quote: Chrysler New Yorker - 1957, 392 hemi, 2dr hardtop, $5,000
407-579-9176.
I know nothing about it, and haven't called the number.

Mike-
You may find what you need at http://www.ssnake-oyl.com. Though not
identical, they can supply a reasonable match. They can also restore your
old seatbelts by rechroming and replacing the webbing. I just called them
to ask for samples of webbing, which I received very quickly
