The answer is ''yes'' (it's for radio noise suppression) if the condenser
is
connected at the positive terminal of the coil; that is, on the terminal
for
power feed from ignition switch or ballast resistor.

I would like to thank those who responded to my e-mail for help. I now
have plenty of trouble shooting ideas and also
contacts for possible repairs.
I do know it isn't the cable but haven't 100% ruled out the tachometer.
Thanks
Neal

When I was putting the 331 back in the car I found that the starter relay
was fried. At that time there was none to be found, so I bypassed the two
safety switches. Now that it is together, I've found a used starter relay
that appears to work. Could someone go out and look under their hood and
tell me where the wires from both switches attach on the starter relay. I
can take a guess but really am not interested in frying this one.

Jan, I was wondering that. A 300D should be LC*****, shouldn't it?

Hello members!
Have had a computer crash so all 300 mails that I had saved are gone. I
don´t remember if someone already has mentioned the red/coral D E-Bay in
Arizona?
Is it a true 300 D? The VIN # seems to be incorrect.
