The Listserver helps us resurrect glorious old automobiles, guides future auto design, helps meet new people in exotic places (like Kalispel, MT) and provides group therapy in the knowledge I'm not the only one who yells at the TV. Thanks to some recent club member charity, I'm down to my last C convert. parts begging.. Anyone out there have a pair of sunvisor bases / rods for a '57, '58 ('59? same?) non-Imperial mopar ragtop? Rusty, broken would be AOK. I've a photo from a '58 at http://www.fototime.com/inv/CDB08B08F0AAF25 . I'm told they were common across model lines in '57 & 8, but I even more unsure about '59. Thanks & happy Spring! mike v -----Original Message----- From: jp300hurst@xxxxxxx [mailto:jp300hurst@xxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, April 17, 2003 8:43 AM To: jkrestor300@xxxxxxxxxxxx; Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: [Chrysler300] New 300 and Mopar's heritage. That is, very high slab sides, vertical front and back, slit-like windows, no grace of line and few curves. Everybody gets to have their own opinion, but I really didn't want something that looks like an armored car. Maybe others do. Interior is pleasant enough, if awfully angular. We can take comfort in the fact that the old 300's did not need a cool looking shroud to make the engine room attractive. That big ol' V8 did it just fine, thanks. www.chrysler300club.com/2004Concept300C/Concept.html To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to: Chrysler300-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Your use of Yahoo! I agree. The only ones who made out on that deal are Lutz and the rest of that crew, who made millions off of the "theft" of a great American Car maker. Now there's only "the big 2", but the media idiots still call them "the big 3". The funny thing about this is the AMA wouldn't let Honda into the Assoc, even tho Hondas are built here with 90% US parts, because they were foreign owned....bet Daimler is a member! Don't feel bad about yelling at the TV, my bride does it all the time....I, of course, do not do this!
