Why not pull the speedo pinion gear out and count the teeth, then you can
calculate the number of teeth you need on the new gear to get the right
speed. You could also add a correction gearbox(not sure if that is the
right term) in between the trans and the speedometer cable to get the
change you need.

Folks:
FYI...Was just at Costco (one of those members-only stores like Sam's
Club,
etc). They have a lot of the Maisto 1/18 Metal Model Cars and one is the
Red
300B (which they had more of than almost any of the other GTOs, 454
Chevelles, Porsches, etc.). Although I already had one of these, I was
pleased
(or sorry, depending on one's point of view) to see they are priced at
$9.99 - great deal.
Lots of those other cars as well . Had to get one of them so I bought the
Audi Show Car "Rosemeyer"...hadn't seen a model of that before.

Subject: Choke
Hi Gang, first of all many thanks for all your information on the rear
brake
drum puller. I located a new one and as soon as I get it I will let you
know
how it works.
Now a new question, does any one know how to convert my 57C WCFB
Carb to an electric assist choke?
Thanks Ron

I'll be awaiting responses with great interest ... have been wondering
about
feasibility of doing this.
I recall the choke housing (with electric assist) on our old '77 Granada
(hate to admit I owned that thing!) looked very similar to the one on the
WCGB.
