Location: So. Cal | Unfortunately, no. The original torque converter attaches to the crank with nuts on the back, and you physically can't place them behind there on the new engine. Additionally, the holes are too large in the new crank. The best solution is to use the new push button transmission with it as Mopar1 stated. If you were able to create a custom torque converter that would work with the older trans, but mate up to the newer crank, then you might be able to come up with spacers and such to make it work.
